Use:

• Mix 400 g of powder in 250 ml of water
• Put the preparation obtained in a 20 cm to 25 cm mold and let stand for about 20 minutes
• Bake for about 30 minutes at 170 ° C (hot oven).

Depending on the nature and duration of the effort, consume 1/4 to 1/3 of the Fenioux energy cake. Eat slowly until about 75 minutes before exercise, remembering to hydrate regularly.
