This pre-race cake contains vitamin B1 which contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Use:
- Mix 400 g of powder in 250 ml of water
- Put the preparation obtained in a 20 cm to 25 cm mold and let stand for about 20 minutes
- Bake for about 30 minutes at 170 ° C (hot oven).
