The Fizik Terra POWERSTRAP X4 is a versatile and ubiquitous shoe focused on gravel, designed for drop-bar cyclists whose adventures and aspirations lead them beyond traditional paved roads.

Mixing the ground, grinding gravel or sliding on a smooth singletrack: these shoes are designed to take you where ordinary road shoes cannot.

To meet the demands of today’s adventurous cyclists on gravel, we have designed the Powerstrap X4 to be simple, efficient and reliable. In accordance with this approach, we have fitted it with the innovative Velcro Powerstrap closure, designed for an enveloping fit.

While most traditional Velcro closures only bring the two sides of the shoe upper together, in the Powerstrap configuration, a ribbon wraps around the foot, providing secure containment using only two straps. The instep and midfoot are individually adjustable for custom fit and compression.

For these versatile shoes, we have developed a specific outsole, the X4: a carefully thought-out combination of stiffness and comfort, to efficiently turn the pedals on mixed surfaces; Nylon blend – with targeted stiffness – and a rubber tread for effective grip and durability.
