Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Please see the details of our shipping methods below:
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over $50. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 days after shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Eligibility
You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodycare & Body Wash (Hygiene reasons)
- Bearings tools (Safety and precision reasons)
- Bike Maintenance consumables (e.g., specific lubes or cleaners, if opened)
- Food Items (e.g., Cakes)
- Any product that has been installed, used, or is not in its original condition.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to:

Honolulu, US 96819 - Cover Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timing: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process the return. Standard or free shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
