USWE Nordic 4 Hydration Pack Black

The NORDIC 4 is the perfect winter backpack, developed for long, cold adventures, cross-country skiing, running and mountain biking. The pack comes with 4 liters of storage in total, including a 2.0L hydration bladder and our revolutionary Thermo Cell insulation technology that eliminates freezing from the drink tube and bite valve, even in the most extreme weather conditions.

The Thermo Cell is a multi-layered insulating blanket that reflects body heat from physical activities through a thin mesh membrane inside the pocket, where the beverage tube and bite valves are stored. A windproof and cold cover protects the pocket from the outside.

Used in this way, body heat supplies the Thermo Cell with thermal energy and prevents the drink tube and bite valve from freezing.

This technology has been successfully tested in cold temperatures of -26 ° C / -15 ° F, with a final result measured at +19 ° C / +56 ° F inside the Thermo Cell bag where the tube d hydration was stored.
